methodology, training, standards, and documentation. BACKGROUND AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING…* Multiple years of progressive experience in hospital revenue cycle, patient accounting or hospital financial systems, with Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) and/or Rural Health Clinic (RHC) experience strongly preferred.* Experience serving in a senior operational or leadership role within a hospital revenue cycle department such as Revenue Cycle Director, Business Office Manager, Patient Financial Services Manager, Hospital Billing Manager, Revenue Integrity Manager, Revenue Cycle Analyst, Senior Biller or equivalent.* Demonstrated expertise in hospital financial revenue cycle operations, including patient accounting, reimbursement, billing, claims management, denials management and financial reporting. * Ability to translate complex financial requirements into appropriate system configurations.* Comfort working in dynamic implementation environments with evolving
