Requirements

  • Candidates must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar

  • Experience with AI/machine learning, software design and development, semiconductors, and medical devices is a plus

  • Candidates will have between 4 to 7 years of experience

  • Must be licensed to practice law or can become licensed as soon as possible in the state in which they will work
  • Must be a member of the USPTO
  • Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities

A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
