Job description

Analyse and assess data quality, structure, maturity, and compliance.
Design data models, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.
Transform source data into shareable and reusable datasets using FME and/or Denodo.
Perform data quality and compliance checks.
Manage metadata and support data publication through relevant platforms.
Work with data owners and technical teams to understand requirements and ensure data is properly documented and maintained.
Support data integration, interoperability, governance, and secure data access.
Prepare reports, documentation, and provide ongoing support to data stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience in data analysis and data modelling.
Knowledge of SQL and database management.
Experience with data quality and validation tools.
Knowledge of ETL and data transformation, preferably FME.
Familiarity with GIS tools such as ArcGIS Pro or QGIS is an advantage.
Knowledge of open data standards, data governance, and European data directives.
Knowledge of Denodo and data virtualisation is an advantage.
Excellent French (C2) communication skills.
