Job description
We are looking for a CUAS Systems Engineer with experience in military systems development, integration, or related defence engineering disciplines. The role is responsible for carrying out systems engineering activities for the development of a Counter UAS system. The engineer will work across electrical, electronic, communication, and mission-system domains to ensure that the complete system is correctly integrated, interoperable, testable, and ready for qualification and field deployment. The position requires strong systems-engineering skills, hands-on integration experience, and the ability to coordinate technical activities across multiple suppliers, engineering teams, and military end users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and manage technical requirements

You will be working on development of Counter UAS and working with integration of Radar, Electro- Optic, and other sensors together with effectors such as remote weapon systems and/or jammers
- Identify potential technical risks (failure points) early in the design cycle and develop mitigation strategies. Work on the system-level integration activities from requirements definition through integration, testing, qualification, and delivery.
- Define and manage the technical interfaces between the subsystems and the platform

Analyze electrical, data, mechanical, thermal, EMC/EMI and RF constraints associated with the installation of mission equipment on various platforms
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues at system level and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support prototype build, laboratory integration, testing (including field testing), qualification and acceptance activities.
- Review and approve technical documentation, including interface control documents, system specifications, test procedures, integration reports and configuration documentation.
- Ensure configuration management and traceability of mission equipment and interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

Education: Master’s degree or higher education Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering.
- A minimum of 4 year of work experience
- A minimum of 2 work experience air defence systems
- Tools: Experience with Systems engineering and requirements tools like Polarion or IBM DOORS.

- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams.
