Job description

  • Lead the architecture, design and development of high-performance, resilient and secure systems using C#/.NET.

  • Develop scalable, low-latency applications handling high-volume data and real-time processing.

  • Shape the technical vision and long-term platform strategy.

  • Drive coding standards, code reviews and CI/CD best practices.

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimise system performance and reliability.

  • Mentor and support mid and senior-level developers.

  • Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment alongside wider software and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET,

  • Proven experience designing and developing scalable, distributed systems and microservices.

  • Strong Web Application development experience.

  • Experience with front-end technologies/UI such as WPF, MVVM, MVP or MVC
