Healthcare IT-Systemlsungen Anstellung: Vollzeit Bereich: Softwaremodernisierung, Wartung & Weiterentwicklung medizinischer Abrechnungssysteme ber die Rolle Als Projektleiter (m/w/d) bernehmen Sie die Verantwortung fr die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von ITP- Projekten im Umfeld von medizinischen Abrechnungssystemen. Sie arbeiten an zentralen Modernisierungs- und Transformationsprogrammen ? einschlielich Cloud-Migration, Prozessoptimierung, Qualittssicherung und der Einfhrung moderner DevOps-Methoden. Ihre Aufgaben - Projektmanagement - Validierung und Strukturierung von Projektzielen, Anforderungen, Zeitplnen und Budgets - Steuerung aller Projektphasen (Konzeption, Implementierung, Test, Rollout). - Einhaltung relevanter Standards. - Risiko- und Qualittsmanagement. - Verantwortung fr erfolgreichen Projektabschluss. Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsmanagement - Aufbau und Pflege von Stakeholder-Beziehungen im Gesundheitswesen. - Moderation von Workshops und Regelterminen. - Erstellung von Entscheidungsunterlagen und Statusberichten. Change- und Transformationsmanagement - Analyse von Vernderungen und deren Auswirkungen. - Untersttzung bei der Einfhrung neuer Prozesse und Technologien. - Mitwirkung bei Schulungskonzepten. Evaluierung & Optimierung - Bewertung des Projektfortschritts anhand definierter KPIs. - Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen.

Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar.

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement. - Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil. - Kenntnisse moderner Projektmethoden. - Ausgeprgte Kommunikationsfhigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
