Job description
As a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d), you support our PAYBACK partners and business units in making data-driven decisions and unlocking the full potential of their campaigns. You analyze complex data, develop actionable recommendations, and work closely with cross-functional teams in Munich and Warsaw. In doing so, you combine analytical excellence with a deep understanding of customer, campaign, and business requirements.
Your day-to-day work
- You analyze complex data to provide our partners with the best possible support on both operational and strategic questions
- You support the operational campaign process from planning and targeting through to cross-channel performance analysis
- You are responsible for the analytical support and further development of our partners, business units, and channels
- You create meaningful reports and dashboards using our self-service tools
- You work within an agile team, conduct ad hoc analyses, identify optimization opportunities, and derive data-driven recommendations

Requirements
- You have several years of relevant professional experience as a Data Analyst
- You own solid hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Google BigQuery
- You have practical experience in data processing and analysis on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- You possess strong analytical skills and an excellent understanding of data structures, combined with experience in a campaign-driven environment
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and remain focused even in challenging situations while being a team player
- You have a high level of self-motivation, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills in both German and English
