Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university with 8+ years of prior relevant experience or an MS with 6+ years.\n
  • Candidates must have knowledge of and experience with defense or commercial test engineering practices and processes.\n
  • Candidates must have experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans and procedures.\n
  • Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience with hardware, software, or system integration, troubleshooting, and testing.\n
  • Resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.\n
  • US Citizenship is required and active secret clearance.\n
  • The position may require working outside in all weather conditions and lifting up to 50 pounds.\n
  • The position may require minimal travel for test events (approximately 4 weeks a year).\n, * At least eight years of experience with test planning and execution.\n
  • Working knowledge and operation of electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, voltmeter, signal analyzer/generator)\n
  • Working knowledge of software languages Python, C, C++, C# and or firmware languages for Xilinx or Altera devices\n
  • Experience with Linux, Matlab, Labview, and WireShark\n
  • Experience preparing and presenting briefings and/or demonstrations to customers and management\n
  • Planning and executing demonstration tests and US Gov’t test ranges/facilities\n

Our team works across multiple business sectors, with industry partners, and directly with the customer.   • Working directly with the customer and contractors to execute program requirements.\n
  • Creating, modifying, and executing test plans to satisfy program requirements.\n
  • Completing requirements verification and validation documentation and reports.\n
  • Coordinating test personnel and equipment across multiple events.\n
  • Work directly with OEM’s and internal MFG to reliably get product to market.\n
  • Briefing both internal and external parties on test results and data.\n
