Job description

Design, develop, and test software for automated molecular diagnostic instruments.
Support Panther System and Panther Fusion System software platforms.
Participate in sprint planning and software work breakdown activities.
Develop software requirements and specifications.
Enhance existing applications through refactoring.
Perform code reviews.
Conduct unit and acceptance testing.
Perform root cause analysis and defect resolution.
Create and maintain technical documentation.

Education:

Additional Requirements:

Software development experience.
Object-oriented programming experience.
Experience working within structured development environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

3-5 years of software development experience.
WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).
AI knowledge/exposure.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar.
Agile/Scrum experience.
