Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with Release Engineering and Production Support expertise to develop, maintain, deploy, and support enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React.js development, CI/CD release management, and L2/L3 production support, ensuring application stability, performance, and seamless deployments across environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Develop reusable UI components and implement modern front-end architectural patterns. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers and devices. Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices. Plan, coordinate, and execute application releases across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Manage build and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD. Automate deployment, configuration, and release processes. Maintain release schedules, deployment documentation, and rollback procedures. Ensure compliance with change management and release governance processes. Provide L2/L3 application support for production issues and incidents. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues. Monitor application health, performance, and system logs using observability and monitoring tools. Participate in incident management, problem management, and on-call support rotations. Collaborate with infrastructure, database, security, and support teams to restore services within SLA timelines. Analyze application logs and troubleshoot production issues effectively. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with React.js, Redux/Context API, Hooks

and TypeScript. 5+ years of proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. 5+ years of experience with REST APIs and integration patterns. 5+ years of strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and version control practices. 5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab. 5+ years of knowledge of release management and deployment automation. 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and supporting applications in production environments. Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting. 5+ years of experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK, or Azure Monitor. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Micro Frontend architecture. Understanding of security and DevSecOps best practices. Exposure to ITIL processes and ServiceNow. Relevant certifications in React, Azure DevOps, Cloud, or ITIL. Education: Bachelors Degree
