This role sits within a growing analytics team and focuses on understanding customer value, profitability, retention, growth and acquisition performance.Senior Insight Analyst - What You’ll DoPartner with stakeholders across commercial, product and customer teams to provide actionable insight.Analyse customer behaviour, profitability, lifetime value and retention trends.Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and customer experience.Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and business actions.Support strategic projects and help drive data-led decision making.Senior Insight Analyst - What We’re Looking ForExperience in an analytical, commercial insight or customer analytics role.Advanced SQL skills.Experience working with cloud data platforms

particularly Snowflake.Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills.Experience using Python for analysis.
