Systems Configuration and Automation Officer (Internal only)

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS STRICTLY INTERNAL UCL APPLICATIONS ONLY We are looking for a Systems Configuration and Automation Officer to join our growing Service Excellence team. Reporting to the Systems Configuration and Automation Manager, you will play a key role in developing and improving UCL’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to enhance system functionality, improve processes, support users, and drive innovation through automation and AI. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale organisational transformation while improving the experience of colleagues across UCL.

You will bring experience in delivering measurable improvements across ERP, ESM, and automation platforms (or similar systems), including undertaking end-to-end testing within these environments. You will also have a strong track record of delivering business process training and conducting effective training needs analysis. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong and productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Alongside this, you will have strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
