Job description

The Operations Systems & Budget Coordinator provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support for Operations systems initiatives and departmental budget oversight. Working in collaboration with Information Systems, Finance, Operations Managers, and other stakeholders, the coordinator maintains accurate records, supports project activities, prepares routine reports, and escalates issues requiring management attention. This position requires work from our Jerusalem office 5 days per week.

What will your job look like:

  • Coordinate and track Operations systems requests and cross-functional projects from intake through implementation.
  • Monitor budgets and purchase orders, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and coordinate with Finance and Operation managers to resolve discrepancies and manage budget risks.
  • Gather information from stakeholders, document requirements, priorities, decisions, and project outcomes.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure alignment across Operations, IS, and other teams.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, bottlenecks, and open issues, escalating delays when needed.
  • Support testing, training, communications, rollout activities, and post-launch adoption tracking.
  • Maintain project and process documentation, collect user feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, business support, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Intermediate Excel or equivalent spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and working with clear deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ERP, BI, or AI-enabled productivity tools - an advantage.
