The AI Solutions Strategist will lead client engagements from discovery through implementation and adoption. This individual will work directly with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, define solution strategies, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure successful delivery against project commitments., * Lead structured discovery sessions to identify business needs and define prioritized AI initiatives within project scope.

• Translate client objectives into clearly defined solution plans and deliverables prior to execution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams during prototyping and implementation phases.

• Design and recommend AI-enabled process improvements.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple client engagements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment., * Direct client-facing experience in AI or automation initiatives from discovery through delivery.

Base salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 annually, doe.
