Job description

We are seeking an experienced Enovia Solution Architect with strong expertise in ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE and PLM systems to support system administration, configuration, data governance, engineering change processes, user support, and continuous improvement initiatives., Administer and maintain ENOVIA configurations, including objects, workflows, lifecycles, roles, permissions, and access controls. Monitor system performance, job execution, system stability, and data integrity. Support releases, patches, deployments, and DEV/TEST/PROD environment coordination. Configure and enhance ENOVIA modules based on business requirements. Support configuration validation, data setup, UAT, and go-live activities. Maintain data standards, taxonomy, hierarchy, BOM structures, and PLM data integrity. Support Engineering Change processes including ECR, ECO, and ECN. Ensure workflows align with business processes and enterprise PLM governance standards. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other users. Develop training materials, job aids, and conduct user training sessions. Collaborate with Engineering, Digital/IT PLM teams, Product Owners, and external system integrators. Identify opportunities for automation, usability improvements, performance optimization, and process efficiency. Support enhancement prioritization and PLM roadmap execution.

Requirements

BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent engineering/technical education. Hands-on experience with ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE or other PLM platforms. Strong understanding of BOM structures, Engineering Change processes, and Product Lifecycle Management. Experience configuring roles, workflows, objects, lifecycles, and access controls. Experience with PLM data migration, validation, or integration concepts. Experience working in engineering or manufacturing environments. Understanding of NPI and product development processes. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ENOVIA implementation or migration projects. Knowledge of Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE architecture. Experience with Agile PLM, Windchill, or Teamcenter. Exposure to Requirements Management and traceability. Knowledge of digital thread/digital twin concepts. Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery models.
