Visual Designer & Webflow Developer (Junior)

We’re looking for a Junior Visual Designer & Webflow Developer to support the execution of beautiful, high-impact websites and digital experiences. In this hybrid role, you’ll bridge the gap between creative design and Webflow development-bringing visual ideas to life with precision and craft.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow inside a small, specialized team, sharpen your Webflow skills, and develop real-world experience across branding, marketing, and digital product design.

What You’ll Do

Visual & Brand Design

• Design high-quality marketing pages, landing pages, and digital brand assets.
• Translate visual identities into compelling layouts and creative direction for the web.
• Assist in designing case studies, presentation decks, and studio content.
• Work closely with senior creatives to refine and evolve client brands across touchpoints.

Webflow Development

• Build responsive, CMS-powered websites in Webflow with a strong attention to layout, interaction, and motion.
• Translate Figma designs into live, production-ready pages using Webflow best practices.
• Implement animations, interactions, and visual polish across devices.
• Maintain and update existing client and studio Webflow projects.

Studio Support

• Contribute to Forwwward’s own brand through site updates, social content design, and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with the team to improve our design-to-development process and elevate output quality.
• Stay up-to-date on Webflow features, web design trends, and interaction techniques., * You elevate the design quality of marketing and brand assets across Forwwward and client projects.
• Your execution speed and quality improve week by week, with greater autonomy and creative input.
• You help Forwwward deliver standout websites that reinforce our premium positioning.

• 1-2 years of experience in visual or web design (agency, freelance, or startup experience welcome).
• A strong portfolio of visual design work-particularly websites, landing pages, or interactive content.
• Working proficiency in Figma and Webflow (you’ve built or contributed to live websites).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with Webflow CMS, page structure, breakpoints, and basic animation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS concepts (no coding required, but a plus if you can tweak code).
• Attention to detail, ownership of your work, and openness to feedback.
• Bonus: experience using Framer, Relume, or building custom Webflow components.
