UX Designer III

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX Designer III to join our team in Cupertino, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role will focus on designing innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success., * Design and deliver user-centered solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX strategies.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to ensure optimal user experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range: $75/hr - $80/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
