Job description

Product Owner, Project Manager, Salesforce Sales, Service, Analytic Cloud experience. Project Management experience Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed and well-organized documentation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. · Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle. · Document business processes and data flow diagrams in Visio, Lucid Chart etc Identify opportunities for business process improvement and efficiency gains. · Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement streamlined processes. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that Salesforce solutions provide an optimal user experience. · Provide input on the design of user interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and QA, to ensure successful project delivery. · Foster a collaborative and positive business environment.

  • Good knowledge on Salesforce and Integration

  • Manage the technical deliveries from onshore

  • Improving the work value stream: removing tactical impediments, improving work process for more effective, consistent and sustainable execution, etc.

  • Understanding the components of the system, how functionality maps to them, and how the system is projected to evolve, so it can manage how it comes together to deliver capability on time (per release roadmap/schedule) and with high integrity

  • Identifying and managing risks that could affect delivery

  • Developing and implementing based on the project plan

  • Taking ownership of critical items, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews

  • Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support delivery

  • Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical product management within tech?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
