Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce Agentforce for customer service operations on Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of project leadership and deep technical expertise in Service Cloud and Agentforce, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business outcomes and strategic objectives

Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery)
Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Track project progress and provide regular status updates
Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Coordinate cross-functional teams: Developers, Administrators, QA engineers, Architects
Remove blockers and ensure team productivity
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing processes
Oversee UAT, release management, and deployment cycles
Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and governance
Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices
Maintain documentation for solution design and processes

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Salesforce, Agile, Project Management exp, * 15-20years of IT experience, 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership roles

Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills
Familiarity with Jira / Azure DevOps / MS Project
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Leadership and decision-making skills
Problem-solving mindset
Preferred certification PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe
Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and Agentforce Delivery exp, Bachelor’s degree, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
