Organizational Change Management Training Specialist

The Organizational Change Management Training Specialist will support organizational readiness and user adoption through communication, training, and change management activities. Develops training materials, stakeholder engagement strategies, and user support resources that help prepare personnel for new processes and technologies. Assists in measuring and promoting adoption outcomes. Support readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and user-support activities for FMBT interface, conversion, data cleanse, wave deployment, and transition changes. Develop training materials, stakeholder communications, readiness collateral, user support resources, SOP/job-aid content, training coordination, adoption measurement inputs, and change impacts tied to Momentum/iFAMS processes, testing, go-live, post-go-live support, and transition activities., All communication regarding recruitment for a Guidehouse position will be sent from Guidehouse email domains including @guidehouse.com or . The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
