Job description

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Archer IRM Developer for a hybrid position in either Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN.

  • Supporting a broad range of Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions across the enterprise.
  • Supporting design, build, configuration, testing, release readiness, and ongoing enhancements across Archer SaaS and OnPrem.
  • Work closely with Product Owner, Archer developers, business stakeholders, GRC super users, and Archer Professional Services resources to translate business requirements into scalable Archer solutions.
  • Configure and enhance Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, dashboards, reports, notifications, data-driven events, and access controls.
  • Develop and maintain API connections with ServiceNow, Workday, Qualys, MuleSoft, JavaScript, Ariba, etc.
  • Support Agile sprint delivery, including requirements refinement, configuration, unit testing, UAT support, defect resolution, release planning, and production deployment support.
  • Partner with stakeholders and super users to understand GRC processes and convert them into sustainable Archer workflows.
  • Support both new use case implementation and ongoing enhancement requests across SaaS and OnPrem environments.
  • Help reduce manual workarounds by building automation, reporting, evidence tracking, issue management, and scalable compliance capabilities.
  • Support platform maturity efforts, including standardization, documentation, knowledge transfer, and reduction of single points of failure.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant GRC technology or Archer experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Archer configuration/development experience.
  • Strong GRC process knowledge
  • Ability to work in an Agile product team supporting multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in both strategic and tactical spaces, from designing scalable solutions to troubleshooting configuration issues and supporting releases. Preferred

  • Experience configuring Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, fields, layouts, calculations, notifications, reports, dashboards, access roles, and data-driven events.
  • Ability to support both new use case builds and enhancements to existing Archer applications.
  • Integration and data experience
  • Experience building and maintaining Archer data feeds, APIs, system integrations, data imports/exports, bulk updates, reporting, or workflow automation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data quality, mapping, and reporting issues.
  • Agile delivery and stakeholder partnership
  • Experience working in Agile teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story development, testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and release readiness.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with Product Owners, developers, super users, business stakeholders, and vendor partners. Nice to Have

  • Experience with both Archer SaaS and Archer OnPrem
  • Regulated industry or utility experience
  • Experience supporting risk, compliance, or cybersecurity capabilities in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with frameworks or regulatory areas such as NIST CSF, NERC CIP, NERC 693, TSA, SOX, third-party risk, or enterprise compliance. GRC domain knowledge
  • Working knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, issue management, policy management, third-party risk, cybersecurity risk, regulatory compliance, or audit processes.
  • Ability to understand business requirements from compliance and risk stakeholders and translate them into practical Archer design.
