QA Test Automation Engineer / Hybrid

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of software test automation experience Experience developing UI and end-to-end automated tests Strong API testing experience utilizing REST services and JSON Experience working with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of automation frameworks and testing methodologies Experience supporting web and mobile application testing Familiarity with Git-based source control environments Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure Boards Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline Desired Skills & Experience Experience testing Flutter applications Experience with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or similar cloud testing platforms Exposure to .NET/C# environments Experience supporting Salesforce or other CRM integrations Experience implementing quality metrics and reporting Leadership experience influencing engineering best practices Experience evaluating and selecting automation tools What You Will Be Doing Design and implement automated testing frameworks Create end-to-end, integration, and API test suites Develop testing strategies across desktop and mobile environments Partner with engineering, DevOps, and product teams Integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows Analyze quality trends and improve release confidence Perform root-cause analysis on intermittent test failures Lead continuous improvement initiatives around software quality Tech Breakdown 35% Test Automation Framework Development 25% Mobile & Web Application Testing 20% API & Integration Testing 20% CI/CD & Quality Tooling Daily Responsibilities 80% Hands On
