SAP FICO Consultant

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting teams.
• Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules.
• Support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, and CO-PA.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and develop functional specifications.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Prepare documentation and provide user training.
• Work with ABAP, BASIS, technical, and business teams.

• 8+ years of SAP FICO experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO configuration.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Finance.

• Strong knowledge of:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Experience with FI-MM and FI-SD integration.
• Experience with testing, UAT, production support, and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
• Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and New Asset Accounting.
• Experience with SAP Fiori.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations, IDocs, RICEFW, and data migration.
• SAP FICO/S/4HANA certification.
• Experience with SAP Activate or Agile methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
