Senior Full Stack Engineer (Vue.js + Node.js)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Vue.js and Node.js to build and scale high-quality web applications.

This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll own features end-to-end, collaborate closely with product and design, and make architectural decisions while maintaining a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Vue.js and Node.js.
• Build clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend architecture with Vue 3.
• Design and implement backend APIs and business logic using Node.js.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver new features.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Write high-quality, well-tested, maintainable code.
• Review code and mentor other engineers when appropriate.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability.

Must Have

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with Vue.js (must be one of your primary frontend frameworks).
• Strong production experience with Node.js (must be one of your primary backend technologies).
• Strong TypeScript / JavaScript skills.
• Experience building and maintaining production REST APIs.
• Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Experience building scalable production web applications.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Nice to Have

• React experience.
• Nuxt.js.
• Express.js or NestJS.
• Docker.
• WebSockets / realtime applications.
• AWS or GCP.
• AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.).

Ideal Candidate

• Has both Vue.js and Node.js as long-term primary technologies (not secondary skills).
