Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are hiring for our client, a seed-stage startup building mission-critical infrastructure software for large-scale data center environments. Their platform helps monitor environmental conditions, predict failures before outages happen, and improve efficiency across complex physical infrastructure.

This is a highly technical, early-stage engineering team where incoming hires will have significant ownership and influence as the company moves from MVP to an enterprise-scale platform.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend and product instincts, who is also comfortable working across backend systems.

This role will focus on building real-time operational interfaces, dashboards, and tools used to monitor and manage large-scale physical infrastructure. This is not a pure frontend/UI role - backend contribution, API integration, systems thinking, and ownership are all important.

What You’ll Work On:

• Building and improving an Angular-based web platform
• Developing real-time operational dashboards
• Creating mobile-responsive and data-heavy user interfaces
• Integrating frontend features with backend APIs
• Working with backend systems, primarily in Go
• Building enterprise workflows, permissions, and user management features
• Creating device monitoring and management experiences
• Owning features from backend through frontend
• Building tools for alerting, monitoring, data filtering, and analysis

Do you have experience in Vue.js?, * 6-10+ years of software engineering experience

• Strong frontend engineering fundamentals
• Experience with Angular preferred
• Strong TypeScript / JavaScript experience
• Experience building data-heavy applications or dashboards
• Comfortable integrating with backend APIs
• Ability to contribute to backend systems when needed
• Strong product intuition and attention to user experience
• Startup experience or experience working in fast-moving environments
• High ownership mentality and ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

• Go / Golang experience
• Experience with real-time systems or real-time UIs
• Experience building operational tools, monitoring systems, or enterprise applications
• Mobile-responsive or mobile-first product experience
• Experience in B2B SaaS, infrastructure software, developer tools, or data platforms
• Strong design and product sensitivity

Important Note

Angular experience is preferred, but strong engineers with React or Vue backgrounds may also be considered if they have excellent frontend fundamentals, learn quickly, and are comfortable working across the stack.
