Capability to explain data trends and insights in plain language to leaders and partners, not just produce visuals. Candidate MUST haves: Hands on Power BI experience Proven experience developing dashboards and reports used by leadership or decision makers. Strong SQL + Excel skills Ability to query, validate, transform, and reconcile data across multiple sources. Experience as a Business Analyst, not just a report builder Must be comfortable gathering requirements, documenting logic, and iterating with stakeholders in a fast moving environment.
