Data Logistics Lead

job summary: Data Logistics Lead for immediate contract position just outside of Concord, Massachusetts! The right person for this role will have 5 years of experience in a technical data Inventory role for a manufacturing environment.

The person who will be successful in this role will be a proven leader, a team player, a great communicator, and passionate about their work within Logistics! The right individual will have proven experience in cycle counting, maintaining accurate records and the ability to organize critical data entry into SAP and Microsoft Excel.

responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory records and reports to determine critical inventory levels and identify potential discrepancies
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies with cross functional departments such as engineering, purchasing and production
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions
• Monitor inventory records and investigate issues.
• Cycle counting of inventory
• Update inventory records to cycle count volumes

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical data Inventory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for essential functions of the job
• Knowledge of SAP or SAP4 Hana for data entry
• Proven ability with Cycle Count with exceptional accuracy Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Proven communication skills and leadership skills are a must
