Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Perform provider data management activities based on plan and contract specifications. Execute data entry, analyze data via internal systems, and validate provider and practitioner information for completeness and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enroll providers and practitioners into the provider data management system.
- Update claims payment details, demographic data, and provider directory information.
- Research, review, and execute system updates based on internal provider requests.
- Perform quality checks on systemic data, claims processing rules, and directories.
- Analyze daily assigned market reports and resolve data discrepancies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree or college coursework preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or customer service.
- Preferred: Background in healthcare operations, provider relations, billing, or credentialing.
- strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and system navigation capabilities.
