Cleared Next Generation Systems Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared Systems Engineer to join one of their top defense clients at Hill Air Force Base supporting a large defensive weaponry program. Currently, this program is in Pre-Milestone A and are preparing various acquisition documents for the customer to establish the baseline of this program as it prepares for Milestone A. This individual will provide the technical information for the technical writing team to review documents to meet DAU standards. Additionally, they will provide analysis for complex requirements, specification documents, designs, architectures, and engineering proposals related to Systems Engineering disciplines across multiple organizations. As the acquisition documents become solidified for the programs foundation, this individual will turn to support the reviewing and analyzing of various tests being performed for the program as well as monitor material usage, CDRL’s, workshop coding architecture, document algorithm design etc. to ensure requirements have been met.

Must Haves: 7+ years of technical experience within Systems Engineering

• Any experience/understanding with Model Based Systems Engineering concepts with CAMEO, DOORS, SysML, Rhapsody, etc…
• Experience within Systems Engineering V (Left Side - definition and decomposition, architecture, and detailed systems design)
• Experience dealing with system integration, system architecture, or interfaces
• Experience with integrated requirements into existing acquisition lifecycle phases, milestones, and deliverables with system engineering principles -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics -Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SAP and TS -Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB daily (Clearfield, UT)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

• Any ICBM or RS/RV experience

• Any experience with AFOTEC or related organization of the DoD -Any experience with DoE National Laboratories or related organizations (Los Alamos, Lawrence Livermore, Sandi, etc.)

• Active TS or TSSCI Clearance
• Previous SAP Clearance
