Senior Technical Director, Release Management & Automation (Ai)

Experteer Overview In this high-impact senior role, you lead CSO’s Release Management and Automation agendas to accelerate cross-platform game submissions and elevate release quality.You’ll shape standards, governance, and central solutions, partnering with studio leadership to drive strategic impact across live products.You’ll mentor leaders, own roadmaps, and establish metrics and learning loops to improve velocity, resilience, and automation at scale.This role blends operational excellence with technical strategy in a globally distributed environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Define and execute the CSO RM capabilities roadmap to speed cross-platform submissions * Define and execute the CSO Automation roadmap to enable game team success * Set Scopely-wide standards for release readiness, risk management, and go/no-go criteria * Create lightweight governance to improve predictability without slowing teams * Develop and maintain a roadmap for central software solutions addressing CSO needs * Collaborate with game TDs, D2C, and Publishing on RM roadmap for submissions * Partner with CSO Programs leaders to build internal CSO efficiency solutions * Own RM and Automation rituals including backlog, roadmap, specs, communication, feedback * Establish operational metrics and drive continuous improvement * Build learning loops (postmortems, action tracking, preventative controls) * Lead a team of leaders to collaborate with geographically distributed stakeholders Responsabilidades * Game development experience, preferably Unity * RM experience across mobile, PC, and Console * Lead and mentor managers and senior engineers in release engineering and automation * Align stakeholders across Production, Engineering, QA, LiveOps, Security, and Data * Communicate roadmap/status clearly to technical and non-technical leadership * Experience owning and operating a product strategy and roadmap * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Experience in engineering leadership including multi-team management * Experience in building/leading release engineering, developer productivity, or automation at scale * Experience leading engineering development to create solutions * Strong technical background in modern delivery practices * Proven automation and governance in complex multi-team environments * Track record influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption across decentralized organizations * Experience applying AI/ML-assisted approaches in engineering workflows (or ability to lead this transformation) Requisitos principales *
