AI Solution Architect

• AI solution design and target architecture for modernizing the bank’s system landscape
• Consulting business and management stakeholders in the banking domain
• PMO: planning, steering and tracking of delivery together with the dev team
• Assessing and integrating AI use cases into existing core/operating systems
• Technical leadership and enablement of the dev team (architecture guardrails)

• AI solution design / AI architecture (GenAI/LLM)
• Solution/enterprise architecture (banking)
• Consulting + PMO (project steering)

Nice to have

• Core banking systems / legacy modernization
• Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) for AI, * Several years of experience as a solution/enterprise architect in banking
• Solid experience in AI solution design (GenAI/LLM integration into enterprise systems)
• Consulting and PMO experience (advisory + project steering)
• Experience modernizing operating/core systems
• Excellent English skills (must)
• Willingness to travel to the Balkans (1-2x/month)
• Strong communication and leadership towards dev team and management, * 20 years of IT-recruitment experience
