Job description

Analyze ongoing AI and retail initiatives and create a structured portfolio inventory.
Assess solution architectures for consistency with RBI platforms and group-wide standards.
Define solution blueprints and target architectures.
Prepare build-vs-buy decisions and conduct vendor/platform evaluations.
Create gap analyses and derive prioritized roadmaps.
Produce regular executive summaries for COO/board level.

Requirements

Agentic AI
Conversational AI
Cloud platforms, * Long-standing experience in Solution/Enterprise Architecture.
Proven experience with Agentic AI, Conversational AI, RAG, LLM-based systems, and AI orchestration.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and API-first design. Experience integrating AI into enterprise landscapes.
Banking or financial services industry experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills at executive and technical level.
Fluent English (German or a CEE language is a plus).
Familiar with agile working methods.
Proactive, structured, independent, and a strong team player., * 20 years of IT-recruitment experience
