Osiris Volg Implementation & Functional Specialist

A leading higher education institution is implementing a new enrollment, application, and tracking system. We are seeking a temporary Osiris Volg Specialist to provide expert guidance on system configuration and functional setup. In this role, you will independently advise on best practices for Osiris Volg, aligning the system configuration with institutional processes for study guidance and student monitoring, and ensuring a seamless transition to internal management. Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance on optimal configuration parameters and application features within Osiris Volg tailored to higher education workflows.
• System Configuration: Set up and configure the Osiris Volg module to align with agreed functional requirements and study guidance processes.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of functional testing prior to full commissioning.
• Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate structured onboarding and documentation for the internal Functional Management Team to ensure independent post-launch administration.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain regular communication regarding project milestones, deliverables, and potential risks with the Project Manager.

• Education: Higher Professional Education (HBO) working and thinking level.
• Domain Knowledge: Thorough, hands-on technical and functional expertise in the Osiris application, with a specialized focus on Osiris Volg.
• Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a functional administrator or implementation specialist for Osiris within an educational institution.
• Process Analysis: Strong track record of analyzing academic guidance processes and translating them into functional system requirements.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent advisory skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, management, and end-users.

Engagement & Compliance Terms

• Workplace Model: Hybrid requirement with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site in Enschede for project alignment and stakeholder sessions.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Successful candidates must complete a standard background check and present a valid government-issued ID (Passport or National Identity Card) prior to the official start date.
