Technical Project Manager Satellite Communications and Space

We are looking for an experienced technical project manager for a complex end-to-end program in the field of satellite communications. You will coordinate technical work packages across the space, ground, network, operations, and user segments and ensure consistent overall technical planning and a consistent baseline. Tasks:

• Technical planning and management of defined work packages
• Coordination of internal departments, segment teams, and external partners
• Maintenance and further development of the technical baseline
• Alignment of requirements, architecture, and interfaces
• Management of technical milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Identification and tracking of technical risks and changes
• Preparation and facilitation of technical reviews and decisions
• Support with verification, documentation, and acceptance testing

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or scientific field
• Several years of experience in technical project management or systems engineering
• Experience with complex, interdisciplinary technical systems
• Knowledge of requirements engineering, system architecture, or interface management
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Very good command of German and English

Desirable: * Experience in satellite communications, aerospace, or defense

• Understanding of end-to-end system architectures
• Experience in configuration, change, or verification management
