Network Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure supporting voice, data, video, and wireless services.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco networking equipment, firewalls, VPNs, and security platforms.
• Manage network hardware and software upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
• Install, configure, and support network and security equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Provide advanced technical support for end-user devices, printers, connectivity issues, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners for equipment selection, implementation, and support.
• Monitor network performance and proactively address security threats, vulnerabilities, and outages.
• Communicate technical issues and resolutions to internal teams and end users. Assist with network-related initiatives, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

• 8-10+ years of hands-on Cisco networking experience
• 5+ years of Palo Alto Firewall experience (Fortigate experience also considered)
• Active CCNA certification
• CompTIA A+ certification Strong experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure, security, and troubleshooting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in network engineering and network design
• Experience with Microsoft Azure networking and cloud infrastructure
• Experience working in large enterprise environments Healthcare industry experience is a plus
