Requirements

  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Image analytics, data modeling, and snowflake.
  • Financial / mortgage background is required., We are seeking a hands-on Data Scientist with strong Python, Computer Vision, SQL, and data engineering skills to build and operationalize image-based data solutions. The role will focus on image extraction, metadata generation, model-output validation, testing, and structured data integration., * Strong Python and Computer Vision experience with OpenCV, Pillow, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
  • Experience with image processing, object detection, classification, bounding boxes, labels, and confidence scores
  • Strong SQL, JSON, APIs, and semi-structured data experience
  • Experience with model-output testing, validation, debugging, and data quality
  • Ability to validate extracted images and metadata against PDFs and source documents
  • Experience building scripts, pipelines, and reusable utilities for automation and analytics
  • Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, UI, Data, and Business teams
  • Preferred: Snowflake Variant, mortgage/appraisal data, Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae, OCR, or financial services experience
