Tech Support Engineer

• Provide remote technical support to customers and our internal engineering teams, resolving network, hardware, and connectivity issues to first- and second-line level
• Act as a key point of contact for incoming support tickets, working to defined SLAs and escalating to senior engineers where required
• Carry out hardware pre-build and configuration work in our workshop, including staging, imaging, and testing customer devices and networking equipment prior to deployment
• Ensure all prebuilt and preconfigured solutions, systems, and hardware are configured and set up in line with manufacturer, IT, and cyber best practices
• Provide responsive, hands-on support for our field-based engineers, systems, and customers
• Support commissioning activities for our professional services team
• Maintain documentation for processes, systems, assets, and credentials
• Help transition legacy systems to new solutions

• IT support or helpdesk experience
• Experience with patching, system upgrades, and remote access support

• Experience integrating platforms and systems
• Active certifications in relevant security, IT, or networking areas
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to own transport
