Job description
KIDZ AI Inc.(Nasdaq: KIDZ), formerly known as Classover Holdings Inc., is building a portfolio of AI infrastructure and GPU compute ventures, beginning with Ousia Compute LLC. We are looking for a Director of Data Center & AI Infrastructure Operations to lead the hands-on execution of GPU infrastructure deployments and manage the operational interface between Classover, data center partners, hardware vendors, and compute customers.
This role is designed for someone who understands how GPU infrastructure actually gets deployed, operated, monitored, and scaled inside data center environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across data center operations, GPU server deployment, vendor coordination, power and cooling requirements, network connectivity, uptime management, and customer-facing infrastructure delivery.
You will work directly with the CEO, CFO, and external infrastructure partners to ensure our GPU infrastructure ventures move from commercial agreement to real operating capacity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead operational execution for Ousia Compute and future AI infrastructure / GPU compute ventures.
- Coordinate directly with data center operators, colocation providers, bare-metal GPU vendors, system integrators, and deployment partners.
- Manage GPU server deployment timelines, rack readiness, power allocation, cooling requirements, network connectivity, remote hands, and go-live processes.
- Track infrastructure readiness across site selection, hardware procurement, shipping, installation, testing, commissioning, and customer onboarding.
- Work with data center partners to monitor uptime, incident response, SLA compliance, maintenance windows, and operating performance.
- Help evaluate new data center sites and infrastructure partners based on power availability, cooling capacity, connectivity, security, operational maturity, and expansion potential.
- Support GPU cluster operations, including capacity planning, utilization tracking, customer provisioning, and vendor escalation.
- Maintain operational dashboards and weekly reporting for CEO / CFO covering deployment status, risks, KPIs, capacity, utilization, and customer commitments.
- Support commercial teams in translating customer requirements into deployable infrastructure plans.
- Assist in reviewing and negotiating operational terms in vendor contracts, colocation agreements, SLAs, offtake agreements, and infrastructure partnership structures.
- Act as the main operational bridge between Classover’s corporate team and technical / infrastructure execution partners.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, * 5+ years of experience in data center operations, cloud infrastructure operations, GPU infrastructure, colocation, bare-metal hosting, or AI compute deployment.
- Strong understanding of data center fundamentals, including power, cooling, rack density, network connectivity, uptime, remote hands, physical security, and operational workflows.
- Experience coordinating hardware deployment, server installation, vendor management, and production infrastructure operations.
- Familiarity with GPU servers, AI compute clusters, bare-metal infrastructure, cloud platforms, or high-density compute environments.
- Ability to manage multiple infrastructure partners and deployment workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong operational judgment - able to identify deployment risks early and push vendors toward clear timelines and deliverables.
- Comfortable communicating with both technical infrastructure teams and senior business leadership.
- Strong documentation and reporting discipline.
- Mandarin and English bilingual ability preferred, especially for coordination with overseas hardware vendors and infrastructure partners
Nice to Have

- Prior experience with GPU deployments involving NVIDIA H100 / H200 / B200 / B300 or similar high-density AI compute systems.
- Familiarity with liquid cooling, high-density rack deployment, power planning, or AI data center design considerations.
- Existing relationships with data center operators, GPU hardware vendors, system integrators, or enterprise AI infrastructure buyers.
- Experience supporting infrastructure joint ventures, SPVs, or project-based infrastructure financing structures.
- Background at companies such as CoreWeave, Lambda, Crusoe, Voltage Park, Equinix, Digital Realty, QTS, Flexential, Supermicro, Dell, HPE, or similar infrastructure organizations.
