Job description

  • Create, deliver, and update the talent development programs and processes, including but not limited to career paths, leadership development, skills development, onboarding, and accelerated readiness.
  • Implement talent development interventions, tools, and assessments to close skills gaps, improve talent readiness, and align with business objectives and succession planning needs.
  • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions to upskill and empower HRBPs and leaders to coach, mentor, and develop employees.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching for leadership success in performance management, employee development, and mentoring.
  • Manage the operations and maintenance training programs, coordination, and grants.
  • Complete tasks in a safe and environmentally compliant manner by following EHS (environmental, health, and safety) policies, procedures, and best practices; support and assist peers in working in a safe, compliant manner; report unsafe acts or conditions, incidents, and deviations; and provide feedback to support continuous improvement in EHS performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment, Physical & Lifting Requirements:

  • Work is generally performed in a standard office setting.
  • Regularly required to use a telephone and computer.
  • General office environment but occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Exposed to quiet noise levels.
  • Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, talk, and hear; occasionally required to use repetitive motion and reach with hands/arms. Requires clarity of vision and three-dimensional vision
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 15 pounds.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Mentoring?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in creating and delivering employee development programs.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct supervision of HR or training professionals.
  • Experience creating a culture of high performance with talent retention.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, etc.
  • Proficient understanding and application of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technologies.
  • Advanced talent consulting and leadership disposition to effectively develop, coach, and mentor skills growth.
  • Proficient communication, collaboration, and influence skills to build trust and respect with individuals and teams., Required
  • 3 year(s): Experience in direct supervision of HR or training professionals.
  • 10 year(s): Experience in creating and delivering employee development programs.

Preferred

  • Experience creating a culture of high performance with talent retention., Required
  • Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
