IT-Administrator

In this position, you’ll help shape the future of our IT infrastructure and will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

• You will play an active role in the implementation, configuration, and operation of our diverse system landscape. This consists of Microsoft Windows servers and services (M365 and on-premises), Linux-based systems, and database applications.
• You will actively contribute to IT projects.
• Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure in both Microsoft and Linux environments. This includes: Microsoft Windows servers and services (M365 and on-premises), Linux systems, database applications, VMware infrastructure, Microsoft Azure and AVD, storage solutions (e.g., DataCore), and backup systems (Veeam, Microsoft).
• In addition to advising and providing support to business departments (second- and third-level support), you will also assist the Help Desk/First-Level Support team as needed.
• Collaboration with outsourcing partners (SaaS, managed services) and system integrators, as well as documentation, round out your responsibilities.

• You have experience as a system administrator (m/f/d) in the Microsoft environment, particularly with M365. You have gained experience with ITIL and monitoring heterogeneous IT system landscapes. Ideally, you hold an MCSA/MCSE certification.
• Technically, you impress us with your knowledge of Microsoft 365 and PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, and VMware vSphere.
• You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a high commitment to quality.
• You’re passionate about technology and quickly familiarize yourself with new IT areas.
