Cloud Native & Platform Engineer

Responsible for designing, building, and automating cloud-native infrastructure across public, private, and sovereign cloud environments.

• Focus on Kubernetes control plane engineering, multi-cluster orchestration, air-gap software delivery pipelines, and IAM/PAM automation using Kubernetes Resource Model., Develop, secure, and optimize Kubernetes control plane components and etcd clusters for high availability and performance.
• Build and maintain multi-cluster management platforms using SAP Gardener and Cluster API.
• Construct OCM-based software delivery pipelines for air-gap/disconnected environments, including compliance validation and SBOM generation.
• Implement state synchronization and offline data transfer workflows between core and fog environments.
• Automate PaaS toolchains using GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (ArgoCD, Flux, Terraform, Crossplane, KRO).

3+ years’ experience with Kubernetes internals, architecture, and operator development (Go, Kubebuilder).

• Proven experience in multi-cluster management (SAP Gardener, Cluster API).
• Experience with software supply chain tooling (OCM CLI, OCI registries, Harbor, SBOM tools).
• Hands-on with GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Flux, Crossplane, Terraform, GitLab CI).
• Proficiency in Go programming, gRPC/Protobuf, Linux administration, and Shell scripting.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of SAFe/ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with open-source IAM solutions (Keycloak, Zitadel) and Teleport PAM integration.
