• Bachelor’s degree in a technical area (Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math).
• Prior experience working across the System Engineering lifecycle and processes.
• Strong experience with mathematical model tools/ languages; such as MATLAB, Python, etc.
• Familiarity with Free-Space Optical systems
• Familiarity with Control Systems, EO/IR pointer/tracker systems, and Algorithm design
• Able to prioritize work, multi-task and adjust to time constraint
• Possess a drive for continuous improvement and product ownership
• Analytical and critical thinking skills; a creative and proactive thinker who enjoys solving complex problems
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

As a Principal Systems Engineer in the Space System Product line, your responsibilities will include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create engineering solutions for an EO/IR system for airborne platforms. You will have the opportunity to support the entire systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements, architecture, design, modeling, trade studies, and Integration and test. You will support key customer milestones, collaborating with other talented engineers to develop technical solutions to help the warfighter. This position is based out of our Hudson NH and Merrimack NH facilities and may require partnership with staff across our business areas and facilities in the Northeast.
