Job description
Insight Global is looking to hire a TS/SCI cleared Sr. Cybersecurity Architect sitting 3 days onsite at the Pentagon. This role supports the design and implementation of data-centric, Zero Trust architectures aligned to identity models and ICAM. The ideal candidate will apply enterprise cybersecurity expertise across cloud-native environments and reference architectures, support MBSE-driven initiatives, identify risks associated with emerging technologies, and develop mitigation strategies to strengthen overall security posture., * Design and recommend cybersecurity controls across complex systems and reference architectures.
- Assess threats and vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies for identity-centric solutions and PKI-integrated ecosystems.
- Support cybersecurity policy, standards, and doctrine related to Zero Trust, data, and identity architectures.
- Contribute to system models, architecture artifacts, and test plans.
- Identify risks associated with emerging technologies and recommend mitigation approaches.
- Lead major tasks and provide guidance to junior personnel.
- Develop leadership briefings, status updates, and other executive-level communications.
Requirements
- Active DOD TS/SCI security clearance

Years of Experience and Education/Certification Requirements (MUST meet one of the following): o 12+ years of related experience and a master’s degree (in cybersecurity-related discipline) o 16+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree (in cybersecurity-related discipline) o 18+ years of experience in a related professional environment + CISSP in lieu of a degree
- Experience developing and implementing cybersecurity controls and standards across complex enterprise environments.
- Experience designing, implementing, or supporting Zero Trust architectures and initiatives.
- Experience supporting Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and architecture teams.
- Experience assessing cybersecurity risks, threats, and vulnerabilities and developing mitigation strategies.
- Experience designing and recommending cybersecurity controls for enterprise systems and architectures.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with MBSE tools (Cameo, Innoslate) and data/identity reference models (EDH, UIAS, ICAM).
- Experience with DoW PKI, cloud-native architectures, and interoperability testing.
Benefits & conditions
$60.00/hr to $67.31/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
