Senior Corporate Security Engineer - Madrid (Hybrid) - 3 days a week onsite€100k plus benefitsOur client is the global leader in digital employee experience (DEX) management software, giving IT teams the insight to fix issues before employees ever notice them.They support 1,300+ customers and 18M+ employees worldwide - and were now looking for a Senior Corporate Security Engineer to help protect the internal environment that powers all of it.This isnt a “watch the dashboards” role.Youll be architecting the security fabric behind the companys rapid growth - owning identity, endpoint, and SaaS security across a complex, cloud-native environment, and leading detection and response for their corporate systems.What youll own:Identity & Zero Trust - passwordless authentication, least-privilege access, and secure onboarding/offboardingEndpoint & infrastructure security - MDM (Intune/Jamf), EDR/XDR tuning, and their corporate Azure footprintSaaS security - vetting and securing third-party integrations, CASB/DLP policyDetection & response - incident response, threat hunting, and SOAR automation (Python/PowerShell)Audits & compliance - building and evidencing the controls that keep the business audit-readyWhat you bring:5-8 years in Corporate Security, IT Security Engineering, or a SOC role in a cloud-first environmentHands-on experience hardening macOS/Windows and managing MDM/UEMPython and Terraform for automating security workflowsStrong EDR and SIEM chops, and the communication skills to make risk make sense to non-technical teamsBonus points if you know your way around Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, FIDO2/WebAuthn, or ISO *****/SOC 2/FedRAMP compliance.Why this role?Youll report directly to the CISO, work with a top-tier cloud-native security stack (no legacy hardware fights here), and join a team that treats security as an enabler - not a blocker.Based at the companys Madrid hub, with hybrid flexibility, private health insurance, unlimited vacation, and a relocation package for candidates moving from abroad.
