AI Security ManagerMadrid, Spain | Hybrid, 50% on-siteWe have partnered with a global manufacturing organisation who are looking for an AI Security Manager to drive the secure, responsible, and compliant adoption of AI across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Develop AI security policies, governance frameworks, and risk controls.Conduct AI risk assessments covering security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.Implement security controls across AI/ML and MLOps environments.Manage AI-specific threats including prompt injection, adversarial attacks, model leakage, and data poisoning.Lead AI security testing, threat modelling, and incident response readiness.Partner with technology, data, legal, and compliance stakeholders to promote secure-by-design AI.What Youll Bring:7+ years experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Technology Risk.Strong knowledge of AI/ML, MLOps, cloud security, and security frameworks such as NIST and ISO **.Experience in security architecture, GRC, risk assessments, and threat modelling.Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are a plus.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.For more information, reach out directly: ***
