Job description
- Lead Tier III troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues across LAN/WAN/WLAN, routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPN, and network security technologies.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and network sensors.
- Develop Engineering Implementation Plans (EIPs), manage change requests, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and support configuration baseline management.
- Perform lab validation and pre-production testing for firmware upgrades, security patches, and network configuration changes prior to deployment.

Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience with enterprise network engineering, administration, troubleshooting, and operations support (or 6+ years with a Masterās degree).
- Experience supporting LAN/WAN/WLAN, network boundary engineering, routing, switching, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, multicast, and network security technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience serving as a Tier III escalation resource and technical SME.
- Bachelorās degree and 8-12 years of experience, or Masterās degree and 6-10 years of experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Active Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility.
- DoD 8570.01 IAT Level III Certification (CASP+, CISSP, CCNP Security, or equivalent).
- Cisco or equivalent networking certification (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or similar).
