As a Salesforce Application Architect, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting large-scale case management, service delivery, and operational systems. You will drive platform modernization initiatives, provide technical leadership, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements., Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Conduct Salesforce platform assessments, architecture reviews, and org health evaluations. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to development teams. Define and oversee application integration strategies across enterprise platforms and external systems. Establish and enforce secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) practices and governance standards. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies to support business objectives. Oversee CI/CD implementation, release management, and DevOps best practices across Salesforce environments. 5+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business and technical requirements into enterprise solutions. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, architecture, SQL, Java, and web services. Strong expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning. Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, branching strategies, and deployment processes. Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and modernization initiatives. Strong knowledge of application architecture, system integrations, security frameworks, and platform governance. Experience working within Agile development environments and leading cross-functional teams. Salesforce certifications required, including 2-3 Salesforce credentials; Salesforce Architect certification highly preferred. Strong experience with Oracle SQL development, database design, and performance optimization. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
