Salesforce Application Architect (Hybrid)

As a Salesforce Application Architect, you will lead the design, architecture, modernization, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting mission-critical business applications. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, platform optimization, integrations, security, and application modernization while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements., Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and business domains. Conduct platform assessments, architecture reviews, and health checks while recommending optimization strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to development and support teams. Oversee proof-of-concept initiatives and validate technical feasibility of proposed solutions. Ensure compliance with secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) practices and enterprise security standards. Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, external applications, databases, and enterprise platforms. Lead application development, testing, deployment, and release management activities. Support production operations, issue resolution, performance optimization, and platform reliability initiatives. Establish architecture standards, governance processes, best practices, and technical roadmaps for Salesforce applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business and technical requirements into enterprise solutions. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation experience. Strong expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL). Experience designing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, branching strategies, and DevOps practices. Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, SQL, Java, APIs, integrations, and web services. Minimum 2-3 Salesforce certifications required; Salesforce Architect certification highly preferred. Strong knowledge of application security, SADLC, governance, compliance, and enterprise architecture best practices. Experience working in Agile environments and leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making skills. The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $80.00/hr.
