Job description

Design and develop scalable Pega applications based on business requirements.
Translate functional requirements into technical Pega solutions.
Develop and configure Pega workflows, cases, UI components, integrations, and business rules.
Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
Integrate Pega applications with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Lead technical discussions with business analysts, architects, QA, and other development teams.
Support application deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
Mentor junior and mid-level Pega developers.
Follow Pega development best practices and guardrails.
Provide production support and resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with 12+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise-level workflow and case management applications., * 12+ years of experience in software development, with strong experience in Pega PRPC

Strong hands-on experience with Pega 8.x / Pega Platform
Expertise in Pega Case Management, Workflow, BPM, and Rules
Strong knowledge of Pega Application Designer, App Studio, and Dev Studio
Experience with Pega Decisioning / Decision Management
Strong knowledge of Pega Rules including:
Decision Tables
Decision Trees
When Rules
Declare Expressions
Activities
Data Transforms
Report Definitions
Section Rules
Correspondence Rules
Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
Strong experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience with Pega Integration Services
Knowledge of OAuth, JSON, XML, and web services
Experience with Pega deployments, CI/CD, and DevOps
Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Docker
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and production support experience
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, * Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA)
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA)
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) preferred
Experience with Pega Customer Service
