Job description

The Applications Analyst II gathers business requirements, conducts needs assessments, and develops functional specifications and build to ensure that developed information technology solutions support business objectives. This level works with minimal supervision and acts as a resource for Applications Analyst I.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4) years of experience.

  • Minimum of 2 (6 if no degree) years of IT experience and/or 2 (6 if no degree) years of Clinical experience.

  • Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.

  • Works independently and effectively manages time with minimal supervision.

  • Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.

  • Creates and maintains clear, concise documentation.

  • Collaborates with other team members across the department.

  • Demonstrates self-direction.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Healthcare experience or related field.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

  • Epic and/or other relevant certification(s) or, where applicable, other relevant applications experience, per the department and/or position needs for HMH. This includes, but is not limited to, EPIC certifications such as Prelude, Cadence, Willow, Cogito, Ambulatory, MyChart, Resolute, Health Information Management., + Experience: Years of relevant work experience.

  • Education and Certifications: Level of education attained, including specialized certifications, credentials, completed apprenticeship programs or advanced training.

  • Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.

Benefits & conditions

Minimum rate of $83,782.40 Annually
